Lishui possesses perfect infrastructure.22 substations of 220kv,110kv,or 35kv are available,the Electricity Transmission Line from the West to the East passes through the county,and the East China Grid System supplies power in double circuits.A tap water plant with double water sources has been established in the city proper and can daily supply 100 thousand tons.A thermoelectricity plant with installed capacity of 165 million KWH and rated heat supplying capability of 100T/H has been completed.A gas station connected with the national gas transmission line is under construction,and piping gas has been used in part of the county.A telecommunication exchange center with capacity of 120 thousand sets is available,which can provide band service.
