Lishui is an important manufacture base of Nanjing and in industry,it has formed a new type manufacturing system mainly based on the manufacturing of vehicle components and complete cars,foodstuff and biological medicine,light industry machinery manufacturing and new type materials.

Auto unit and component:In a bid to hammer outan automobile manufacturing base in Nanjing,great effort has been made to develop auto industry by taking full technical advantage of leading auto-makers like Chongqing Changan as well as the many auto unit makers in surrounding areas.For the time being,Lishui is home to 7 automobile and accessory enterprises and enjoys yearly manufacturing capacity of 15 units.

Food industry:There are 50 food companies in Lishui,among which are production base of Guangdong Xizhilang Jelly Co.,Ltd with yearly output of 200,000 tons,Nanjing Ruimai (Wangwang) Food Co.,Ltd with yearly output of 100,000 tons and Nanjing Xiaoyangren Dairy Product Co.,Ltd,which has a yearly turnover of 150,000 tons of yogurt drinks.

Machinery manufacturing:Over 500 machinery-manufacturing enterprises have made Lishui their home with Nanjing Feiyan Co.,Ltd and Zhongsheng Railway Accessory as the leaders.

New material:Lishui boasts 20-odd new material producers,including Nanjing Lianqiang Group and Yunhai Special Metal Co.,Ltd.
