Newly Opened! Lishui Creates a New Landmark for Cultural and Tourism Integration

On August 16, the Lishui Industrial Group successfully held the promotional event for Wuxiang Courtyard and the grand reopening ceremony of "Nature Wuxiang, Infinite Connections" at Guo Xing Manor. The event showcased the achievements of Lishui's cultural and tourism industry upgrades through government-business contracts, industrial collaboration, and public participation.

Cross-Industry Collaboration: Building a "Cultural Tourism +" Ecosystem

The event highlighted Lishui's core cultural tourism resources, including the Guo Xing Manor's pink and purple flower sea, the Wuxiang Mountain forest oxygen bar, and the geological wonder of Tian Sheng Bridge, emphasizing Lishui's charm of "whole area tourism and poetic living." Wuxiang Courtyard innovatively proposed ten rural cooperation models to activate and utilize idle resources, attracting multiple organizations to sign collaboration agreements.

The newly reopened Guo Xing Manor has formed a "Partnership Alliance" with four major brands: Huawei Terminals, NIO, Qianjiang Motorcycle, and Xidesheng Bicycles, enhancing the experience at Guo Xing Manor through smart navigation systems, low-carbon shuttle lines, and customized cycling routes.

Summer Night Carnival: Blind Box-style Experiences gained high attention

In the evening, the "Cycling Buddy" initiative sparked summer enthusiasm. Cycling enthusiasts wove through the areas below Wuxiang Mountain, enjoying the blend of nature and exercise. As night fell, the Su Chao Gourmet Carnival pushed the atmosphere to a climax, with local delicacies, creative markets, and interactive experiences immersing visitors in new cultural tourism scenes. "It's my first time here, and I'm already captivated by the 'Buddy Program'—it's so fun! After watching the competition, I plan to stay here with my family for a night to enjoy the rural lifestyle," said Wang Shuhan, a visitor from downtown Nanjing, excitedly.

Eight Years of Growth: From Internet Celebrity Spot to Cultural Tourism Landmark

Since its opening in 2017, Guo Xing Manor has become one of the district's distinctive rural integrated complexes with an innovative operation model, receiving nearly one million visitors. Its iconic pink and purple flower sea has become a must-visit internet celebrity spot in the autumn near Nanjing. This renovation brings three "upgrades" to enhance visitor comfort, enjoyment, and fun:  

Space Function Upgrade: The building area has expanded to 6,155 square meters, including 41 unique guest rooms, a multifunctional banquet hall, and a sky restaurant, alongside relaxation facilities like a gym and an outdoor pool, catering to diverse needs such as business, weddings, and vacations.

Product Design Upgrade: The “Wuxiang Nature School” educational program has been launched, featuring seasonal themed travel routes that allow visitors to experience the charm of nature education within rural life.  

Scene Experience Upgrade: The innovative "12 Buddy Program" introduces themed community activities like cycling, yoga, and crafts, creating deep social engagement scenarios.

"We don’t just provide a venue; we hope to create 'synchronous moments' that help every visitor find a sense of belonging," said Duan Feifei, the Operations Department Head of Wenjing Company under Lishui Industrial Group. She added that they will continue to activate new cultural tourism consumption scenarios in Lishui by introducing themed activities weekly through a multi-dimensional operational approach.
