Recently, at the "Nanjing Urban Modern Agriculture Bay Area (Shenzhen) Investment Promotion Conference" in Shenzhen, plump and bright red strawberries became the "sweet messengers" connecting Li Shui with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Nanjing Golden Manor Agricultural Products Co., Ltd., as one of the representative enterprises, debuted the country's first strawberry "Bay Area Certification," officially opening the door to the Bay Area market.

At the Golden Manor exhibition area, beautifully packaged and vividly colored strawberries were neatly displayed, drawing the attention of many. "These 'Hong Yan' and 'Xiang Ye' strawberries come from our planting base in Dandong, Liaoning. We hope to let consumers in the Bay Area taste the high-quality flavors from different production regions," said Wu Yingqiang, the company's deputy general manager.
To meet the market's stringent quality requirements, Golden Manor has established planting bases in Jiangsu, Liaoning, Qinghai, Anhui, and Beijing, introducing smart temperature-controlled greenhouses, integrated water and fertilizer systems, and a full traceability mechanism to ensure controllability, traceability, and transparency from "farm to table."
In addition to the strawberries themselves, the company also brought a "Bay Area Certification Certificate" to the Bay Area. In February 2024, after rigorous risk assessments, soil and water monitoring, on-site inspections, and product sampling tests, Golden Manor's four strawberry varieties—"Hong Yan," "Xiang Ye," "Chui Lian," and "Hei Zhen Zhu"—successfully obtained the country's first agricultural product "Bay Area Certification." This not only represents authoritative recognition of their quality but also serves as a "pass" to access the high-end consumer market of the Bay Area. After receiving the certification, Golden Manor's products successfully entered markets in Hong Kong, Singapore, the UAE, and established stable cooperation with well-known chain stores such as Baiguoyuan, Costco, and Sam's Club.
Behind the market success lies a solid industrial foundation and a comprehensive standard system. Currently, the company has established 8,000 acres of standardized bases and 30,000 acres of order cooperation bases nationwide, and it is also developing a variety of colored strawberries. Additionally, the company has obtained multiple certifications, including ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and green food certifications. It is not only the first fruit carbon footprint certified enterprise by SGS but has also become the first to complete both China GAP and GLOBALG.A.P. dual certifications, fully aligning with international standards.

"We hope to upgrade from 'product output' to 'co-creation of models' through two-way interaction of 'going out' and 'bringing in,'" Wu Yingqiang stated. This promotion conference is not only a product showcase but also an important opportunity for industrial integration. The company plans to leverage the Bay Area's advanced experiences in supply chain management, food processing, and brand marketing to extend the strawberry industry toward deep processing, developing high-value-added products like strawberry jam and freeze-dried strawberries, making the "Berry Rabbit" brand a "mobile business card" showcasing the achievements of modern agricultural development in Li Shui.
One strawberry, one certificate—Golden Manor has built a bridge for high-quality agricultural development between Li Shui and the Greater Bay Area.
