After ten years of hard working, how did Lishui become the "golden signboard"?

Careful layout makes the industrial chain better

As early as 2011, Lishui Economic Development Zone built a new energy automobile industrial park at a high starting point and built a new energy automobile industry chain around the three key areas of the automobile leading enterprises, key core parts technology, and new energy automobile service market.

For more than ten years, three of the top five enterprises engaged in the production and sales of new energy buses in China have been in Lishui. On both sides of the new energy avenue in the park, there are many new energy automobile enterprise plants. Here, there are many well-known domestic automobile enterprises, such as Nanjing BYD, Nanjing Jinlong, Nanjing Chang'an, as well as a number of core parts manufacturers, such as Yunhai Metal, Feiyan Piston Ring, Yinmao Microelectronics, Dechang Motor, Tianhe Auto Parts, etc. The ability of mutual support and collaborative service between enterprises is gradually enhanced.

The provincial key project wasjust put into operation - Longdian Huaxin Group Nanjing Longxin Electronic High Performance Ultra-thin Copper Foil Material Production Base aims at the substantial growth trend of global lithium battery copper foil demand and undertakes the important responsibility of strengthening the new energy industry chain in Jiangsu Province.

Last month, Nanjing Abner Sealing Technology Co., Ltd., which was selected as one of the fourth batch of national specialized and special new "little giants", was a functional organic material for new energy vehicles, with a domestic market share of up to 60%.

Jinlong Bus uses the battery of China Europe Wina, the bridge of Chuangjie Hexin, the air conditioning compressor of Yinmao and other key parts, and the local supporting rate of Lishui has steadily increased; The axle and seat of BYD bus are locally matched.

Innovation driven by ingenuity and intelligence

Keep moving and innovate. At the beginning of this year, Lishui released two three-year action plans, namely, "innovation driven, industrial transformation demonstration" and "manufacturing industry", which focus on innovation, talent, land and other elements, and strive to build four advantageous industrial chains, namely, new energy vehicles, new medicine and life health, intelligent equipment manufacturing, and smart home, into a 100 billion level and three 10 billion level "1+3" advanced manufacturing clusters, strive to create a high-quality manufacturing development demonstration area in the province.

Nanjing Xinwangda New Energy Power Battery Production Base has improved production efficiency by 34.3%, reduced operating costs by 35.2%, and reduced equipment downtime by 50% through intelligent digital transformation. Nanjing Xinwangda Lithium-Ion Battery Cell Intelligent Factory was shortlisted as "Jiangsu 2022 Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory".

Lishui has established a pyramid shaped growth echelon of start-ups - above the designated size - specialized and innovative - single event champion enterprises, 42 single event champion, national and provincial specialized and innovative enterprise incubators, and 8 new energy automobile enterprises.

In addition, Lishui vigorously promoted the three-year action plan for digital transformation of the manufacturing industry. This year, 53 enterprises have implemented digital transformation, and the first batch of provincial star level cloud enterprises have passed 11, including 2 new energy automobile enterprises.

Lishui also focused on the layout of intelligent connected vehicles and hydrogen fuel cells and built an 8.5km closed test base for intelligent connected vehicles. The first hydrogen energy bus demonstration line in the city opened on May 1 last year, all of which are hydrogen fuel cell low entry city buses jointly developed by Kaiwo New Energy Vehicles, a leading enterprise of local new energy vehicles, and Yingbo Lupu. This year, Lishui will orderly build a new energy dedicated vehicle charging and changing power station and build an intelligent charging and changing network at the entrance of citizens' homes.

Close service makes the business environment warmer

Lishui has made every effort to build an optimal business environment zone, provided tracking agency services, and achieved 100% of the whole process agency for major projects. It has achieved the goal of setting up enterprises, completing real estate registration, and completing construction permits for industrial construction projects in 20 days. Relevant incentive funds have been put in place before the enterprises are listed, so that they can do everything without disturbing and provide personal assistance.

Lishui Development Zone is equipped with 22 enterprise specific grid members in the park, each serving 10 to 20 enterprises, and helping enterprises solve problems in a timely manner.

Ask questions and make the enterprise applaud. Lishui issued ten preferential policies and ten service enterprise measures, of which only one policy support for technological transformation reached more than 10 million yuan, and new energy automobile enterprises accounted for more than a quarter. Lishui has specially established a new energy automobile industry alliance, which has absorbed more than 100 enterprises. With the new energy automobile industry chain as the link, it promotes cooperation and innovation, improves the overall strength of the regional new energy automobile industry, and integrates into international industrial and technical cooperation.
