Lishui is one of the four landmark bases for the new energy vehicle industry in our city. At the final assembly workshop of Nanjing Hengtian Lingrui Automobile Co., Ltd. located in Lishui Economic Development Zone, new energy buses are undergoing final assembly. "This new energy bus is longer and larger than ordinary buses, with a length of 14.7 meters and a width of 3.5 meters, and can carry 102 people." Wang Xianfeng, Chairman of Nanjing Hengtian Lingrui Automobile Co., Ltd., introduced that this batch of new cars will be sent to Europe this month for airport ferries.

Previously, the Hengtian Lingrui Airport shuttle bus had already entered nearly 30 countries and regions, including Portugal. In Wang Xianfeng's view, the reason why the company's products are favored by many customers is due to the company's innovative research and development, which has built an independent and controllable research and development system for whole vehicles, motors, and electronic control. In terms of electric motors, the company has successfully developed high-speed motors that can be applied in commercial vehicles in batches, with a speed of 15000 revolutions per minute, which is a pioneer in the industry; In terms of electrical control, the company's "one machine, four controls" integrated controller for commercial vehicles, which integrates vehicle controllers, motor controllers, etc. All types of motors are independently developed and have high coupling with each other, reducing overall power consumption by about 10%. This technology has won the Annual Innovation Award in the 2nd China Commercial Vehicle Black Technology Competition.

With the support of leading technology, enterprises can win a larger market. Nanjing Hengtian Leading Rui completed a production value of 320 million yuan from January to April this year, and is expected to exceed 1.5 billion yuan in annual production value; The operating revenue was 241 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 42.6%.

The new energy vehicle industry is a typical representative of new quality productivity. Lishui cultivates it as the first industry in the region to reach a level of 100 billion yuan. Currently, it has gathered three complete vehicle enterprises and nearly 200 component enterprises, concentrating more than 80% of the city's new energy vehicle passenger car production capacity and more than 70% of the city's new energy component supporting capacity. From January to April this year, the output value of the new energy vehicle industry in Lishui increased by 23.7% year-on-year.

Technological innovation leads to a rapid increase in manufacturing efficiency. Guoneng Longyuan Environmental Protection Nanjing Co., Ltd., affiliated with National Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd., is a national high-tech enterprise. Its independently developed high-strength PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane has the characteristics of high throughput, pollution resistance, high strength, and low energy consumption, and is widely used in various industries. In 2010, the company invested in building a large-scale industrial production and manufacturing base in Lishui. Currently, it can produce 1.5 million square meters of filter bags, 1 million square meters of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes, and 40000 units of reverse osmosis membranes annually. Among them, the newly put into operation reverse osmosis membrane production line can achieve unmanned production, greatly improving production efficiency.

Qian E, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Guoneng Longyuan Environmental Protection Nanjing Co., Ltd., stated that in recent years, the company has actively responded to the low-carbon development strategy of the country and the group company. While deeply exploring the power environmental protection business, the company has vigorously expanded its photovoltaic power generation and biomass energy utilization business. The company's efficiency has been improving year by year, and the revenue of the Lishui branch is expected to increase by about 30% this year.

Emerging industries are constantly developing and growing, and traditional manufacturing enterprises are also accelerating their transformation and upgrading. Nanjing Xizhilang Food Co., Ltd. is an established food processing enterprise in Lishui Development Zone. Walking into the product exhibition hall, unique products such as jelly, milk tea, seaweed, biscuits, etc. are dazzling.

As a traditional manufacturing industry, Xizhilang adheres to the combination of product innovation and intelligent transformation. "We conduct product research and development based on market consumption trends every year," said Chen Zhengjie, General Manager of Nanjing Xizhilang Food Co., Ltd. The company focuses on technological breakthroughs in product raw materials and flavors, and has conducted research in various aspects. Significant progress has been made in reducing sugar in raw materials and removing additives, and more than 80 patents have been obtained.

Xizhilang also invested nearly 100 million yuan in independent research and development to transform jelly intelligent production lines and digital intelligent manufacturing MES systems, completing the "intelligent transformation and digital transformation" upgrade of more than 100 production lines, achieving full automation and closed-loop management of production from material storage, ingredient production to product delivery, providing reliable and powerful hardware support for producing high-quality products, and reducing the number of production line workers from over 4000 to over 1600. It is reported that from January to April this year, the output value of Nanjing Xizhilang reached 600 million yuan, with an expected annual output value of 2 billion yuan.

In Lishui, more and more manufacturing enterprises are becoming the driving force for accelerating the development of new quality productivity. The output value of leading industries such as new energy vehicles and intelligent manufacturing equipment in the entire region accounts for nearly 90% of the total output value of large-scale industries, with strategic emerging industries accounting for over 50%.
