On the morning of July 1, a signing ceremony for the concentrated project collaboration in the Lishui District took place at the Development Zone Management Committee, where six projects officially signed contracts to settle in Lishui.

District leaders including Xu Rixi witnessed the signing of the projects.

The six projects involved in this concentrated signing have a total investment of approximately 4 billion yuan and cover emerging industries such as optoelectronic displays, electronic information, and smart wearable devices, with plans to utilize 60 million USD of foreign investment. Once all projects reach full production, they are expected to achieve an annual output value of nearly 5 billion yuan, significantly strengthening key links in the Lishui industrial chain and supporting the high-quality development of the regional economy.

During the exchange, the Lishui District Environmental Group introduced the development foundation and advantages of the Nanjing Smart Healthcare Innovation Park. Representatives from the six signing companies, including Hong Kong Yimeiyuan International Trade Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Fukai Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., presented details about their projects.

The specific details of the projects are as follows:

Shenzhen Fukai Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.

This company focuses on indoor and outdoor LED professional lighting products and solutions, with its market covering more than 70 countries and regions worldwide. It plans to invest 500 million yuan (including 30 million USD) to establish a production facility for digital cultural tourism products and a Z Generation 8901 Metaverse cultural tourism project in Lishui.

Shenzhen Yingye Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.

This company is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to R&D and manufacturing of display modules, new display materials, and flexible touch screens. It plans a total investment of 1 billion yuan to build a research, manufacturing, and sales base for optical materials and touch display modules in Lishui.

Shenzhen New Ideas Technology Co., Ltd.

This high-tech enterprise focuses on the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of intelligent handheld terminals and smart wearable products. It plans to invest 600 million yuan to establish a specialized production base for smart wearables and supporting products in Lishui.

Shenzhen Yuanfa Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.

This company focuses on research and development and manufacturing in areas such as electronic machinery, automotive electronics, industrial control, smart locks, computer motherboards, and 3C products. It plans to invest 500 million yuan to build an R&D and production sales base in Lishui.

Shenzhen Xinxian Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.

This national high-tech enterprise specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of LCD screens, touch screens, tablets, and electronic components. It plans to invest 600 million yuan to establish a production base for integrated LCD displays and supporting materials in Lishui.

Hong Kong Yimeiyuan International Trade Co., Ltd.

This high-tech enterprise engages in the R&D, production, and sales of mobile phones, with products covering various types of smartphones, flip phones, and senior phones, as well as mobile phone accessories, online shopping, and smart AI. It plans to invest 1 billion yuan (including 30 million USD) to build a complete industry chain production base for handheld terminals and smart wearables in Lishui.

In recent years, Lishui District has deeply implemented the strategy of strengthening the regional industry, promoting coordinated development of industrial sectors, and accelerating the creation of a "100 billion yuan development zone and 10 billion yuan characteristic park." The development zone, Jingqiao Town, and the district environmental group have established a collaborative investment promotion mechanism, revitalizing idle factory buildings and optimizing investment promotion services to accelerate the agglomeration of industries such as health manufacturing and electronic information.

Xu Rixi stated that Lishui will continue to optimize the business environment, ensuring early commencement, early production, and early effectiveness of projects through a full-cycle service mechanism, and promoting the industrial ecosystem to comprehensively upgrade towards intelligence and high-end development.
