Lishui's intelligent manufacturing sector has gained a new engine. Recently, the project of Lan Tu (Nanjing) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. for a central air-conditioning production line with an annual output of 8,000 units was officially put into operation, and it is expected to achieve sales of 200 million yuan by the end of the year.

Lan Tu (Nanjing) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Industrial Park of Dongping Sub-district, Lishui District. Yesterday, when we (Xiaoli, a local media alias) walked into the company's production workshop, a strong sense of technology hit us. The 200-meter-long automated production line operated smoothly and efficiently—every 10 minutes, a core air-conditioning component, the heat-dissipating fin, rolled off the production line. From sheet metal processing to final assembly and inspection, more than ten processes were completed in one continuous flow, realizing a magnificent transformation from "a piece of aluminum foil" to "a fully-assembled air conditioner".

"All our product series use high-quality hydrophilic aluminum foil as the core material," introduced Xiao Ye, General Manager of Lan Tu Environmental. Although the cost is higher than that of ordinary aluminum foil, the heat exchange efficiency is increased by 15%, and the durability and oxidation resistance are also significantly enhanced, which can notably extend the service life of air conditioners.

Lan Tu Environmental is a high-tech enterprise focusing on air quality control, integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and services. Its products are widely used in industrial clean fields such as electronics, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, new energy and automobiles, as well as in comfort places such as large public buildings and agricultural environment regulation. It is a cooperative partner of many well-known enterprises including Chery, Delta and LG.

In March last year, the company started the construction of the central air-conditioning production line project with an annual output of 8,000 units, with an investment of 115 million yuan. The project covers 4 modern workshops and an R&D center, and is equipped with advanced equipment such as foaming pressure-bearing equipment, high-precision sheet metal stamping machines, high-precision punch presses and commercial unit assembly lines. It can provide customers with one-stop customized services ranging from design and model selection, product delivery to after-sales commissioning.

"We plan to build the first modern factory by 2028, and it is expected to achieve annual sales of over 500 million yuan," said Xiao Ye. He added that in the future, relying on the dual-drive strategy of "industrial purification HVAC + commercial HVAC", the company will continue to increase R&D investment, expand overseas markets, further enhance core competitiveness, and contribute to the high-quality development of Lishui's intelligent manufacturing.
