Miao Xiumei thanks the vast number of real estate enterprises for working hand in hand with Lishui, participating in and witnessing the development of Lishui. She emphasized that the problems raised by entrepreneurs should be practical and realistic, and relevant departments should strengthen their work style construction, enhance their proactive service awareness, increase policy promotion, strengthen communication and exchange, improve the level of refined management, and jointly promote problem-solving. This will create a good environment for the development of real estate enterprises in Lishui, and achieve local economic development and the growth and strength of real estate enterprises, resonance with the same frequency, and mutual benefit and win-win situation.

Miao Xiumei pointed out that to build an emerging growth pole in the southern part of Nanjing and accelerate the development of the airport economy, Lishui has a good foundation and carrying capacity. After years of accumulation, Lishui now has a foundation and platform for rapid growth, with a group of leading enterprises such as Siemens, Xinwangda, and Honeycomb playing a significant driving role; The current city of Lishui has been diligently watered, and its urban style, cultural construction, and rural revitalization have brought about an improvement in urban quality. Relevant carriers have gradually been built, and the city's appearance has been preliminarily demonstrated.

Miao Xiumei stated that a number of high-quality education, medical and livelihood projects in Lishui are currently accelerating, and livelihood services are constantly improving. She hopes that real estate enterprises can seize new opportunities for Lishui's development, further strengthen their confidence in development, research product positioning, and show real gold and silver in attracting talents. Relevant departments should wholeheartedly serve enterprises, implement detailed policies, jointly create high-quality housing, provide security for living and working in peace, and achieve a "two-way flow" between talents and Lishui.

The meeting reported on the real estate market and policy related situation in the entire region. Real estate enterprises such as Vanke, OCT, and Xiaguan Chengkai have put forward opinions and suggestions on accelerating project acceptance, improving basic supporting facilities, optimizing market supply and demand matching, accurately implementing enterprise assistance policies, and improving regulatory service levels. The heads of departments such as the Real Estate Bureau, the Planning and Capital Bureau, and the Urban Construction Bureau have responded on-site and formed a work list to track and coordinate solutions.

Since the beginning of this year, Lishui District has deeply implemented the "Li 8" real estate new policy, and the real estate market has shown a steady growth trend. In the first quarter, 837 commercial residential units were listed in our district, a year-on-year increase of 5.8%; The sales of 1079 commercial residential units increased by 23.74% year-on-year, ranking among the top in all districts of the city.
