The Nanjing Smart Health and Wellness Innovation Park is located in the Guanshan area of the Industrial Concentration Zone in Jingqiao Town, covering an area of over 200 acres. The total construction area of the innovation park exceeds 200000 square meters and is divided into three regions, A, B, and C, for phased construction. Among them, Zone A mainly consists of 14 high standard factories, which have passed the main acceptance and some factories are about to be delivered for use. Zone B is a high-end production and research and development testing workshop. A comprehensive building of over 50000 square meters will be built in Zone C for science popularization exhibitions, industrial incubation, and more. It is understood that the first phase of the Innovation Park will be officially put into use in June this year.

Since the beginning of this year, a number of industrial projects such as Nanjing Puqian Pharmaceutical, Nanjing Borui Technology, Shenzhen Qunxiang Technology, Wuxi Shengu Jinsui, Suzhou Aojia Environmental Technology, Hefei Jimu Xingyuan Technology, and Zhejiang Zhonghe Technology have signed contracts and officially settled in the Nanjing Smart Health Innovation Park, covering fields such as medical devices, pharmaceutical circulation, and intelligent manufacturing. With the implementation and effectiveness of new projects, the previously inefficient land has been revitalized.

In recent years, Jingqiao Town has increased its investment efforts in idle resources, classified and summarized all idle industrial land and factories, and established a "pocket ledger" to carry around, ensuring that suitable carriers that meet investment needs are accurately recommended to customers in the first time. The main leaders of the town have led teams to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other places multiple times to attract investment, truly transforming the "outbound mileage" into a "project process". In 2023, a total of 180.4 acres of inefficient industrial land were revitalized, 87706 square meters of idle factories were revitalized, and 9 projects worth over 100 million yuan were introduced, becoming the "vanguard" of Jingqiao's green transformation.
