It can produce 5000 commercial vehicles and 100000 sets of core components annually, and has launched complete electric solutions in multiple fields such as new energy heavy-duty trucks, buses, and airport equipment. At present, the company has provided electrification platform solutions for 38 products worldwide, which are popular in Asia, Europe, Africa, the United States, Australia and other places.

The company is committed to building an independent and controllable R&D system for vehicles, motors, and electronic controls, and the 15000 speed high-speed motor developed has become the industry's first technological innovation. Especially the "one machine, four controls" integrated controller for commercial vehicles won the annual innovation award at the 2nd China Commercial Vehicle Black Technology Competition. This technology highly integrates key components such as vehicle controllers and motor controllers, improving the level of vehicle intelligence and reducing overall power consumption by about 10%.

With outstanding technical strength and innovation capability, in 2022, Hengtian Lingrui was awarded the national level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise. As of now, the company has applied for over 300 patents of various types, including inventions and utility models.

In the Hengtian Lingrui final assembly workshop, a batch of new energy buses are undergoing final assembly and debugging, and they are about to be sent to Europe as airport shuttle buses.

"This airport shuttle bus is 14.7 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, longer and larger than ordinary buses, and can accommodate 102 passengers, "said Wang Xianfeng. In the past three years, the Hengtian Lingrui pure electric airport shuttle bus has been sold to many countries and regions in East Asia, Portugal and other areas, with sales reaching 100 million yuan, and has achieved remarkable results in overseas markets.

Driven by strong technological innovation, Hengtian Lingrui is making every effort to expand overseas markets, and its new energy commercial vehicles are exported to nearly 30 countries and regions around the world. From January to June this year, the company has achieved a production value of 570 million yuan and a local export value of nearly 100 million yuan, demonstrating strong development momentum.

Wang Xianfeng stated that the company will leverage its own advantages to accelerate the development of new quality productivity, with a focus on exporting electric platform products. The company will continue to increase its technological innovation efforts and continuously improve product performance in areas such as energy consumption, system reliability, and overall lightweighting to meet the diverse needs of the international market. It is expected that the company's output value will exceed 1.5 billion yuan this year.
