Major projects are being pushed to the limit as they sprint towards the goal of "Double Over Half." This year, Lishui District has a total investment of 74.471 billion yuan in 60 major provincial and municipal projects, with a planned investment of 16.78 billion yuan. Among them, 23 new projects have started construction, and 18 have already commenced, achieving a construction rate of 78.3%.

Nanjing Luxihe Food Headquarters Base ProjectLocated in the development zone, the Nanjing Luxihe Food Headquarters Base Project has a total investment of approximately 3 billion yuan, covering an area of 138.5 acres with a total construction area of over 220,000 square meters. It plans to build six factory buildings and one comprehensive building, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons upon completion. Currently, the main structure of two processing factory buildings has been completed; equipment installation for Building 1 is about to begin, Building 3 is set to commence construction soon, and construction of Building 4 is progressing in an orderly manner. The comprehensive building will integrate headquarters office, research and development, exhibition, and a museum, and is currently soliciting design proposals globally. This project aims to create a modern food industry base that combines production, research and development, and display.

Brembo Aluminum Caliper Smart Factory Workshop Construction and High-Performance Aluminum Brake Caliper Production Line Expansion ProjectBrembo designs and produces high-performance brake systems and components for top automotive, motorcycle, and commercial vehicle manufacturers, and is a global leader in this field. The company is investing 894 million yuan in the development zone for a construction project that consists of two parts: the Brembo (Nanjing) Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. Aluminum Caliper Smart Factory Workshop Construction Project and the expansion of the high-tech production line for aluminum high-performance brake calipers. Currently, the technical transformation part has been completed; the main structure of the expansion part, which covers approximately 42,000 square meters, has been completed and is undergoing interior decoration and installation of electromechanical equipment. At that time, Brembo's R&D center for the China region will relocate here, forming a modern comprehensive large-scale manufacturing base that integrates R&D design, product testing, production assembly, warehousing, and logistics.

Nanjing Ruimo Electric Motorcycle Headquarters ProjectNanjing Ruimo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the research and development and production of high-end, high-power electric motorcycles and accessories. It owns independent brands such as "VMOTO", "VMOTOSOCO", and "Ruimo", with 65 primary distributors and over 2,000 offline stores, selling products to more than 80 countries and regions, including Europe, America, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. The project, located in the development zone, has a total investment of 660 million yuan and a total construction area of about 34,000 square meters, featuring new high-standard factory buildings and related auxiliary production buildings to create an integrated production line for electric motorcycles. Upon completion, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 200,000 high-end, high-power electric motorcycles. Currently, the main structure of the project has been completed, and exterior wall construction is underway. Once fully operational, it is expected to generate an annual sales revenue of 1 billion yuan, with tax revenue of 15 million yuan and approximately 850 jobs.

Nanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical Chinese Medicine Production Base ProjectNanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive pharmaceutical company engaged in R&D, production, and sales, covering both traditional Chinese and Western medicines, raw pharmaceuticals, and health products. The company is investing 3 billion yuan to build a Chinese medicine production base project in the development zone, consisting of the medical product production base project by Nanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and the industrialization base project of traditional Chinese medicine by Nanjing Xingyin Yunjia Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Once fully completed, the annual output value is expected to reach 2.5 billion yuan, with tax revenue of 350 million yuan. The medical product production base occupies 67 acres and mainly produces oral solutions, sprays, and other pharmaceutical products. Currently, the main structures of the extraction workshop, R&D building, hazardous goods storage, comprehensive workshop, and warehouse have been fully completed, with some factory buildings expected to be completed in June and trial production starting in September; the Chinese medicine industrialization base occupies 98 acres and will produce Chinese patent medicines such as pediatric golden granules and Su Huang cough granules. The project is currently in the design phase and plans to commence construction in June.

Zhengyuan Annual Production of 3,000 Sets of Chemical Equipment and Accessories ProjectNanjing Zhengyuan Group aims at the high-end development direction of the glass-lined equipment industry and has introduced advanced glass-lined equipment manufacturing technologies from Japan and France to break through traditional technical bottlenecks. The group is investing 600 million yuan in the Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Zone to construct an annual production project of 3,000 sets of chemical equipment and accessories, which is progressing smoothly. The main structure of Phase One Building 1 has been put into operation, and Buildings 2 and 3 have been completed and are entering the acceptance stage; Phase Two and Phase Three buildings will commence construction in early June. Once fully operational, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1 billion yuan and annual tax revenue of 100 million yuan.

Nanjing Forestry University Baima Campus ProjectThe Nanjing Forestry University Baima Campus Project has a total investment of 8.4 billion yuan, covering an area of 3,592 acres, including a research and teaching base of 1,621 acres and a campus area of 1,971 acres, divided into three phases for construction. Phase One was activated in September 2024, with the first batch of 4,500 new students moving in; the second phase of sports fields and ancillary facilities has been completed and is now in the acceptance stage, while the main construction of the engineering science dormitory group and training center is underway, expected to be completed by June 2026; the third phase's review procedures for the liberal arts dormitory plot have been completed, and construction permitting is being expedited, with plans for full completion by May 2027.

Jiangsu Jianghe Technology Intelligent Robot R&D and Production Base ProjectJiangsu Jianghe Technology specializes in the development of 3D machine vision and intelligent composite robot technology and products. The project is located in Shijiao Street, with a total investment of 510 million yuan, covering about 28.8 acres, and a total construction area of approximately 27,000 square meters. Once completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 500 intelligent industrial robots. Currently, the exterior of two factory buildings has been completed, and the exterior of the office and R&D building is nearly finished, with municipal works 50% completed. Production is planned to start in the second half of this year, with an expected annual output value of 400 million yuan and annual tax revenue of 20 million yuan once operational.

Lishui District will aim for the goal of "striving for all projects to start construction in the first half of the year," pushing forward with a fighting spirit, a quick pace for better service, and a pursuit of quality. Through deepening the mechanism of district leaders' oversight and special class promotion, innovating the integrated "five approvals" and "five certificates" approval service model, and strengthening the comprehensive guarantee of funds, land, and supporting facilities, it will precisely resolve the bottlenecks in project advancement, comprehensively enhance service efficiency, and promote the construction of key projects to achieve simultaneous growth in quantity and quality.
