On the morning of October 11th, the "Luxihe Class", co-established by Jiangsu Lishui Secondary Vocational School and Luxihe Food (Group) Co., Ltd., was officially unveiled. A "sweet cause" focused on talent cultivation set sail here.

School-Enterprise Alliance – A "Delicious Cooperation" with Mutual Commitment
Originating from Nanjing, Luxihe is a well-known brand of new-style Chinese pastries. It has opened over 600 stores nationwide, owns 8 modern factories, and laid out its headquarters base in Lishui in 2023. In August 2024, the enterprise established Luxihe Academy at the original campus of Lishui No.2 Primary School, creating a comprehensive training base integrating skills training, operation management and cultural inheritance.
Ouyang Ping, principal of Luxihe Academy, introduced that the 22-mu (approximately 14,667 square meters) academy is equipped with complete facilities including a model store, multimedia classrooms, baking technology training rooms, dormitories and canteens. It can accommodate more than 200 students for study and life at the same time, serving as a "practical training base" tailored for students of the "Luxihe Class".
"This is not just a named class, but a 'fast track' from the desk to the store!" At the unveiling ceremony, Wei Xianping, secretary of the General Party Branch of Lishui Secondary Vocational School, stated that this characteristic class will break the traditional teaching model, allowing students to access the latest "industry recipes" on campus. At the same time, it will promote teachers to go deep into the frontline of enterprises, building a real "dual-qualified" teaching team (referring to teachers with both teaching qualifications and enterprise work experience).
Solving Problems – Striving for "Employment Upon Graduation"
Why set up an enterprise-named class in the school? Li Deqin, deputy director of Lishui District Education Bureau, revealed the key reason: "The most urgent need to address in current vocational education is to integrate the theories taught in schools with the practical skills required by enterprises – just like making a complete dish."
The innovation of the "Luxihe Class" lies in the fact that the enterprise directly participates in the "customized" talent cultivation – from curriculum design and teaching material compilation, to sending technical backbones to give lectures, and then to providing internship positions, realizing the true integration of "teaching, learning and doing". At present, the academy has developed more than 30 offline courses and over 50 online courses, covering multiple fields such as operation, production and administration, forming a complete "teaching-practice-service" training closed loop.
This model of "schools teaching theories and enterprises teaching practical skills" not only enables students to "seamlessly take up jobs" upon graduation, but also allows enterprises to reserve talents that meet their own needs in advance, reducing recruitment and training costs. It truly achieves a win-win situation for schools, enterprises and students.
Sweet Future – Creating a "Lishui Model" of Industry-Education Integration
The first batch of the 2025-level "Luxihe Class" has enrolled 54 students, with a three-year academic system. "What we are learning now can be applied immediately after graduation!" A student representative said happily, adding that he will cherish this valuable learning opportunity, actively participate in various practical activities, and accumulate knowledge and skills for future employment.
According to the cooperation plan, students will receive full-process training including "theoretical learning + practical training + store internship". This means that while learning to make peach cakes, they may also learn store management; while mastering the production process of puffs, they may also understand how to innovate products.
This school-enterprise cooperation actually has a longer-term plan. "We hope to build the 'Luxihe Class' into a model and promote more enterprises to participate in vocational education," Li Deqin said. When this model matures, it can be replicated in industrial fields such as intelligent manufacturing and modern services in our district.
At present, the construction of Luxihe's headquarters base in Lishui Development Zone has entered the sprint stage, and the first batch of production lines is expected to be put into operation by the end of this year. After the project reaches its designed production capacity, it can produce 200,000 tons of baked food annually to supply more than 600 stores across the country.
