"Lishui-Made" Charging Piles Embark on First Overseas Order of the New Year!

Recently, a batch of "Lishui-made" European-standard integrated dual-gun DC charging piles has successfully crossed the ocean and been delivered to a client in Sri Lanka. This not only injects "Chinese power" into Southeast Asia's new energy vehicle network but also marks a crucial step for Lishui's intelligent charging solutions to go global and expand into surrounding markets.

"Dual-Gun" Combination Precisely Addresses Diverse Needs

Currently, the global new energy vehicle industry is developing rapidly, and Southeast Asian countries are actively promoting electrification. As a transportation hub in the Indian Ocean, Sri Lanka connects South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa and has also established a clear green transportation development plan. However, the harsh coastal environment in Sri Lanka—characterized by high temperatures, high humidity, and salt spray corrosion—poses challenges to the reliability and durability of charging equipment. At the same time, different scenarios have varied requirements for charging power, installation flexibility, and operational efficiency.

To address these practical challenges, Jiangsu Jingchong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingchong"), located in Dongping Street, Lishui District, delivered a customized product mix of "high-low pairing" to the Sri Lankan client: the 240kW European-standard integrated dual-gun DC charging pile and the 40kW European-standard dual-gun DC charging pile.

"We conducted in-depth research on the actual needs of the local market during the product design stage," said Yu Junhua, Deputy General Manager of Jingchong. "Sri Lanka requires both high-power fast charging to handle peak traffic flow and flexible charging to adapt to limited space and grid conditions. The two types of charging piles delivered this time fully meet this diverse demand."

To withstand harsh environments, both charging pile models boast an IP55 protection rating and can operate stably within a wide temperature range of -30°C to 50°C. Among them, the 240kW DC pile focuses on high-traffic scenarios, with its dual guns capable of efficiently charging two vehicles simultaneously, significantly improving station operational efficiency. It supports an ultra-wide voltage range of 200-1000V, ensuring compatibility not only with current mainstream vehicle models but also leaving room for future high-voltage platform models. The 40kW DC pile, on the other hand, excels in being "compact and flexible," with its volume and weight being only one-third of traditional cabinet-style piles. It supports both pole-mounted and wall-mounted installations, easily adapting to various site constraints.

Intelligent Core Drives "Chinese Solutions" to the World

Beyond robust hardware performance, intelligent operational capability is a key factor in Jingchong's products gaining international recognition. Both devices support the OCPP 1.6J protocol, enabling seamless integration into local operational platforms. They are equipped with multilingual touch screens and support various payment methods like RFID and QR code scanning, aligning with local usage habits.

Jingchong is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, operation, and data services. With a continuous increase in global orders, a new phase-two factory spanning approximately 15,000 square meters is currently under construction, which will provide production capacity guarantee for the company's steady overseas expansion.

"Leveraging the rich experience accumulated from domestic charging operations, we provide global clients with customized charging solutions that meet international standards," Yu Junhua explained. Domestically, Jingchong has independently invested in and operates over 600 charging stations, deploying more than 20,000 DC terminals, and has cumulatively achieved a carbon emission reduction of approximately 650,000 tons. This full-stack service capability covering "intelligent site selection - rapid construction - refined operation" is being exported overseas along with the equipment.

Currently, Jingchong has developed a full range of product lines including AC/DC charging, energy storage, and power distribution, with power coverage from 3.5kW to 1250kW, comprehensively meeting diverse scenario needs. Core products have obtained multiple international certifications such as TÜV and FCC, and business covers more than 50 countries and regions.

"Promoting technological innovation for coexistence with all things." Jingchong's corporate mission is gradually being realized with the installation of every charging pile worldwide. Yu Junhua stated that this venture into Sri Lanka marks a new starting point for Jingchong to contribute to global energy transformation and showcase the strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing. In the future, Jingchong will launch more high-performance, highly reliable "Chinese charging piles," injecting lasting momentum into global green mobility.
