On the afternoon of April 12, the Yongyang Subdistrict in Lishui District held a signing ceremony with Hunan Taijin CNC Machinery Co., Ltd. The project for an annual production base of 2,000 high-end CNC machine tools by Hunan Taijin CNC Machinery officially settled in Yongyang Subdistrict, adding a strong new link to Lishui’s national-level CNC machine tool functional component industrial cluster.

Hunan Taijin CNC Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of high-end CNC mechanical equipment. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and innovative small-to-medium-sized enterprise in Hunan Province. The company owns the "Taijin TAIJIN" brand and has production bases in Hunan and Guangdong. Its main products include vertical, horizontal, and gantry machining centers and other high-end CNC machine tools, which are widely used in fields such as new energy, automation, and automotive industries.

The company has established deep collaborations with internationally renowned enterprises such as Japan’s Mitsubishi and Fanuc. It holds over 20 patents and possesses core technologies such as magnetic levitation-driven high-speed spindles. Its horizontal machining center project has been recognized as a major technological equipment project in Hunan Province, successfully breaking the monopoly of imported equipment and effectively reducing the industry’s dependence on foreign technology.

The signed production base project involves a total investment of approximately 508 million yuan and covers an area of 130 mu (with about 35 mu allocated for the first phase). Upon completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 2,000 high-end CNC machine tools, with an estimated annual output value of 500 million yuan after operation.

"Lishui has great development potential and a comprehensive industrial chain, especially with its national-level CNC machine tool industrial cluster, which has formed a strong siphoning effect. This is the key reason we chose to settle here," said Hu Baohua, Chairman of Hunan Taijin CNC Machinery Co., Ltd. He added that the company would take this opportunity to expand its industrial scale, attract more high-quality upstream and downstream enterprises to invest and establish businesses in Lishui, and jointly build an industrial cluster where "buying high-end CNC machine tools means coming to Lishui."

This signing is a vivid example of Yongyang Subdistrict’s "business-led investment promotion" strategy. In recent years, the subdistrict has adhered to precise investment promotion along the industrial chain, leveraging the influence of leading enterprises to attract supporting upstream and downstream companies. So far, 68 enterprises specializing in complete machines and core components, such as Qiaofeng Intelligent and Sanzhong Precision, have gathered in the area, forming a 10-minute industrial supporting circle among enterprises.

A representative from Yongyang Subdistrict stated that they are currently accelerating the construction of the CNC machine tool functional component industrial park, continuously optimizing infrastructure support, and deepening the "shop assistant" service model. Efforts are being made to ensure comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle, guaranteeing "fast signing, fast implementation, and fast commencement" of projects, and promoting the rapid agglomeration and high-quality development of the CNC machine tool industry.
